Refund Policy

Returns

We don’t accept returns on wine or gifts unless they are damaged upon receipt. We must be notified within 7 working days of receipt of the order of any damaged goods. You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods. Please send us an email at [email protected]

Refunds

We are able to offer a refund on an order if it has not been dispatched. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately once an order has been dispatched then we are unable to offer any refund. Any refund will be processed as per the original method of payment. It can take several days for the refund to appear back on your card.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank - There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Deliveries

The courier will attempt to deliver twice. They will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery. It is up the customer to rearrange delivery. If the customer is not in on the second attempt the parcel will be returned to ourselves. We will refund you for the cost of your order minus the delivery charge. If you still wish to receive your order you will need to pay a second delivery charge.

Shipping

To return a damaged product, you should mail your product to: Easy Wine Shop, The Old Brickyard, Swindon, SN6 6QR.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
