Rioja, Spain Tempranillo Blanco is a unique variety, discovered only 30 years ago in Rioja. The Tempranillo Blanco at Don Jacobo is grown at 800 meters on Moncalvillo Mountain. Vinification on its lees enhances structure, increases character and aromatic compounds. Lemon yellow with medium intensity, the nose hints of banana, lychee, peach and tropical fruit, medium acidity balances citrus flavours and an impression of white flowers.
