The wine is a rich and velvety sparkling wine with notes of crusty bread, frangipane, lemon zest, golden apple, apricots and apple blossom. This stunning bottle is inspired by a Japanese decorative technique called “dyed obi”, which is used to create the stunning belts worn around kimonos. This makes Bottega Miabi both visually and stylistically perfect for pairing with the refined flavours of sushi and sashimi.
