The classic Bacchus characters of elderflower and tropical fruit are harmonised with ripened red berry nuances from the Meunier and Regent. The structure is built upon layers of flavour, with the backbone being fresh acidity. Well-balanced citrus refreshes the palate, whilst softer flavours of raspberry and strawberry add a subtle sweetness.
